This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol. You'll need a general construction induction card (white card) and your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-capped footwear, appropriate clothing, and safety gear. Good problem-solving, communication, and math skills are also recommended.
The course covers a range of practical skills in landscape construction, including building features using stone, concrete, and timber, constructing brick and block structures, installing drainage systems, implementing soil improvements, and providing information on plants and their care.
