To enrol, you must have completed Year 12 or hold a Level 4+ qualification in the Australian Qualifications Framework (delivered in English), or successfully complete an approved language, literacy and numeracy assessment demonstrating competence at Exit Level 3 in both literacy and numeracy. Desirable: Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, or relevant vocational experience in business, leadership or management. International students must be at least 18 years old, have completed Year 12 equivalent, and meet IELTS 6.0 overall (no band less than 5.0) or equivalent English language requirements.
Core units cover communication with influence, developing critical thinking in others, leading and managing effective workplace relationships, managing business operational plans, developing and using emotional intelligence, and managing team effectiveness. Elective units include leading difficult conversations, managing budgets and financial plans, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, coordinating health and wellness programs, managing business resources and risk, managing personal and professional development, facilitating continuous improvement, leading diversity and inclusion, ensuring safe workplaces, leading and managing people, and managing projects.
