Entry requirements vary by qualification level. All applicants must meet English language requirements and minimum university entrance requirements.
The course is structured in three parts. Part A covers Foundations of Computer Science including Java programming or Python, introduction to databases, architecture and networks, and foundations of computing with mathematical methods. Part B includes Core Masters Studies (fundamentals of artificial intelligence, software engineering, introduction to cryptography for cybersecurity) and Cybersecurity Specialisation units (cyber operations, cloud computing and security, network security, software security). Part C comprises Applied Practice units where students research contemporary approaches and develop solutions for real-world problems. All units require 20-24 hours of study per week across six-week teaching blocks.
