As the leader of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to successfully oversee, from construction through to handover, the delivery of this $80m healthcare project. This role will see you:Managing consultants, contractors, project resources and programme in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards.Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies
Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions
Your background
Over 12 years experience in the construction industry
Ideally delivered a couple of projects as a Construction ManagerExperience on healthcare projects
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
