All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment is a boutique family owned hire-sales-services company that specialises in the hire of forklifts, telehandlers, elevated work platform and some general hire.
With head office in Rydalmere we also have branches in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Newcastle Servicing a wide variety of industries ranging from warehouses, fruit markets, construction, film, events, maintenance, infrastructure, telecommunications and many more. We are currently looking for a Transport Controller to join our dynamic team.
This is a fixed time contract (maternity leave cover) for 1 year.
Duties will include:
- Allocating transport & logistics for our machines within our own tilt trays and contractor transport
- Assisting with Allocating for Operator/Transport jobs
- Allocating interstate transport between branches
- Dealing with internal departments for booking transport
- Creating and approving Purchase orders for transport
- General Office administration
- Sourcing the best possible transport rates and availability
- Assist in ensuring maintenance, safety and compliance of all trucks is maintained
- Liaising with customers for delivery, collection times and access to sites
- Ability to follow up and respond to ALL duties/tasks/enquiries
- Assist Accounts with invoice enquiries regarding transport

- High level multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment
- Work well under pressure with a PROACTIVE attitude
- Prior experience within the access hire industry preferred
- High level of communication skills to liaise with high turnover of calls and emails
